Shadowcraft

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These terms describe your use of Shadowcraft, a game provided by Opiray Creative Design Agency SRL, operating as Opiray Studio ("we", "us"). By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. Questions can be sent to hello@opiray.com.

1. Using the game

You may use Shadowcraft for personal entertainment on compatible devices in accordance with the rules of the store from which you obtained it. For copies obtained through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a custom license agreement is supplied with the app in the App Store. These terms describe additional game and service conditions; they do not replace the applicable app license or limit mandatory consumer rights. Opiray Studio provides game support through the contact details on this page.

Follow applicable law and do not interfere with the game’s services, bypass purchase verification, or misuse third-party services. These conditions do not restrict uses permitted by law, including any applicable rights relating to interoperability. The game and its assets remain the property of their respective rights holders.

2. Ads and optional purchases

The game includes interstitial ads at some puzzle transitions and optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted when the ad provider confirms the required completion. Ads may be unavailable, including when you are offline or an ad provider cannot supply one.

Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase. It disables both interstitial and rewarded ads; the rewards otherwise offered through rewarded ads become available without watching a video. It is not a recurring subscription. The purchase screen shows the applicable price before you confirm.

Apple handles payment through your Apple Account. To restore an eligible purchase, use the same Apple Account and choose Restore Purchases in Settings while connected to the internet. Purchase availability and restoration depend on the store and the validity of the entitlement. Restoring a purchase does not restore puzzle progress.

For App Store refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem. Refunds are subject to Apple’s process and applicable law. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by law.

3. Progress and settings

The game stores progress locally and has no player account or in-game cloud-sync service. Reset progress clears gameplay progress and preferences after confirmation, while preserving purchase status and review/session history. Deleting app data can remove your progress. We cannot promise recovery of local progress that has been deleted.

4. Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains local records, advertising, purchase processing, and support correspondence. Third-party ads, websites, and store services may have their own terms. Contact us if you encounter an inappropriate ad or another problem.

5. Availability and changes

We may release updates that change puzzles, features, or supported devices. Network-dependent functions such as ads, purchases, and restoration may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude any warranty, liability, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Age and parental permission

Observe the app store’s age rating and any applicable local requirements. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian should review them and supervise purchases and privacy choices.

7. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. For help, visit Shadowcraft support or email hello@opiray.com.
